Terms of Service
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between Job200 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) accessing or utilizing the Job200 digital interface and AI-powered ATS optimization services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, you manifest your intent to be bound by the following terms. If you do not concur with these stipulations, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing our services.
1. Scope of Service and License Grant
Job200 provides a proprietary, AI driven diagnostic tool designed to evaluate and optimize professional resumes against Applicant Tracking System (ATS) algorithms. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial professional development.
2. User Obligations and Conduct
As a condition of use, you represent and warrant that:
- Authenticity: All information and documentation uploaded to the Platform are accurate and belong to you or you have the legal right to utilize them.
- Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activity that seeks to circumvent the Platform’s security, reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models, or utilize automated "bots" to scrape data from our interface.
- Lawful Use: Your engagement with the Platform shall remain in strict accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, including its underlying algorithms, source code, user interface design, logos, and the “Job200” trademark, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights to the User.
4. Machine Learning and Data Retention Policy
To maintain the competitive efficacy of our services, Job200 utilizes a recursive feedback loop for technological optimization. You hereby grant the Company a perpetual, royalty free license to utilize the data points extracted from your resume scans for the internal purpose of training, refining, and validating our artificial intelligence models. As specified in our Privacy Policy, these data points are held for a standard duration of one (1) year to facilitate these development cycles.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis. While our AI aims to maximize your ATS compatibility, Job200 makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding employment outcomes, interview invitations, or the specific accuracy of the scores generated. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job200 and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or employment opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Job200, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your infringement upon the rights of any third party.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise detrimental to our operational interests.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within said territory.
10. Modifications to Terms
Job200 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant modifications will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued engagement with our services following such amendments denotes your formal acceptance of the updated Agreement.
